Musculoskeletal ultrasound is now an important complimentary tool to assess rheumatological disorders that is implemented in rheumatology clinics all over the world and now is available at Medx center. It provides anatomical assessment of joints, tendons, ligaments and enthesis. Allows identification of synovitis, tenosynovitis, enthesitis, crystal induced arthropathies, erosions, and monitoring active inflammations that allow early diagnosis and monitoring of those conditions. It is also an excellent tool to perform guided injections in rheumatology.

Neuromuscular ultrasound is now an important complimentary tool to the electrodiagnostic studies that is implemented in several EMG labs all over the world and now is available at Medx center. It provides anatomical assessment of peripheral nerves and muscles. Allows identification of structural causes of entrapment neuropathies and anatomical variants that are of relevance to the surgeon prior to surgical interference. It is also an excellent tool to assess traumatic nerve injuries, nerve continuity and neuroma.

1. All cases of entrapment neuropathies.

3. When EDX findings are non-conclusive or atypical to localize the lesion..
